This recently-built, waterfront home on Mast Cove is a half block stroll to Dock Square.
Featuring two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, custom kitchen, and an open, flowing floor plan, it is perfect for your family vacation to Kennebunkport. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail overlooking the cove. Explore the river with the two kayaks that are provided. Take a bike ride through town or down Ocean Avenue on the two bikes that are on site. The property was designed to spotlight the tidal river and its wildlife. The gracious sun-filled floor plan offers views from every room to enjoy the pastoral beauty that embraces this home. Security and sprinkler systems, heated bathroom floors, full house air conditioning, and ample off street parking add to the ease and ambiance. This townhouse has two queen beds.
This home is a duplex, and the rental is for side "B." There is privacy, separate outdoor spaces, separate driveways, and entrances on opposite sides of the property. "Kozy" in KPT
My daughter-in-law and I stayed in this very "kozy" and extremely comfortable so well thought out home. This home is perfect for walk to town fun. Having the view of the tidal river and the wildlife out the back with the floor to ceiling windows was fantastic. We enjoyed the fireplace inside and the fire pit outside. The bikes and kayaks included were a big plus. We loved the walkability to the port. This home is so well stocked in both kitchen and baths. Beds and bedding super comfy and the home was immaculately clean. I really can't say enough about all the thoughtful amenities and the welcome gift and note we received when we arrived. Highly recommend for your stay in KPT.

Wonderful stay!
My husband and I stayed for 3 days in October for our anniversary, escaping from our 3 kids at home. The home is exceptionally decorated and everything you'd expect from a high end rental. The kitchen is well stocked and has lots of options for coffee, espresso, tea, etc. There are tons of dishes and silverware, washer and dryer awesome to have. The location is great, being able to walk to coffee, dinner, and the beach. There were 2 different running routes to the ocean if you enjoy running. 2 yoga companies in walkable distance. KPC is exceptional and I would want them to manage a property of mine. They are professional and available for any needs you might have. The owners left some gifts at the beginning of our stay, which was such a nice touch and thoughtful!
