Beautiful Home, Lots to Do!
We loved the house! I rented this location with adult children so we could be walking distance to a variety of things to do. The house itself is beautiful and even has a few upgrades from the photos on the listing (most notably a fire pit with 6 chairs off the water). With 6 of us, it still felt very spacious with lots of areas to hang out. Everything in the house is quality, thoughtfully designed, and so comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the deck. There are two sides to this house and we met neighbors in the back yard, but never heard them from inside the house. We cooked several nights and found absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen. The laundry room was helpful. The house has several games and puzzles that we used and we took advantage of the kayaks at high tide, the bikes and the beach equipment provided. The location is a busy street but a pedestrian-friendly area that made walking to and from town easy and quick (minutes). Wonderful to not battle parking in town. There is a hiking trail just east of the house. We enjoyed shopping, dining, listening to live music and great coffee and drinks so close to us. The nearest beach is about a 10 minute drive. The correspondence with KPort Concierge was amazing before we arrived and continued throughout our stay. We had no needs while we were there but liked knowing the team was a text away if something were to come up. I appreciated the thoughtful guides and welcome items upon our arrival. I will definitely be renting again through KPC next time we visit!
