With sprawling grounds, and large, ornate, open spaces, the Wedding Cake House is the ultimate property to plan a vacation, retreat, or special gathering.

Upon entering the main house, you are greeted by a stunning, hand painted mural of the Kennebunk community. To the left, you're invited into the formal parlor. The soft hues of its elegant decor perfectly complement the antique Chickering piano, inviting moments of music and memories. Next, we move into the cozy library, where you’ll find a curated collection of antique books, a TV should you choose to partake in some catching up on modern day news, a chess set for friendly competition, and a a bar area to enjoy a nightcap after a long day of adventures in the area.

Continuing through the home, you’ll enter the exquisite dining room. Here, an elegant antique table with seating for eight, complete with a pull-out extension, awaits gatherings of family and friends over sumptuous feasts. The heart of the home, the kitchen, features a delightful breakfast nook, a coffee bar adorned with custom mugs, and a high-end 5-burner Bertazzoni stove. Fully stocked with dishes, flatware, designer napkins, and glassware for 20, this kitchen is a dream for any home chef. You’ll also find a conveniently located half bath and a laundry room, enhancing your comfort and convenience during your stay.

Venture upstairs in the main house to discover four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The Bridal Room features a king bed adorned with vintage furnishings and includes an en-suite bathroom, creating a romantic retreat. The Captain’s Room boasts a California king bed and an en-suite bath for ultimate privacy and luxury. The Tack Room, with its traditional full bed, provides a cozy nook, while the Garden Room welcomes you with two twin beds, making it perfect for family visits. Just down the hall is the Rose Bathroom, showcasing a luxurious clawfoot tub and elegant antique touches, providing a charming space for relaxation.

The connected carriage house and barn are a delight for those who love to entertain. Ascend to the second floor where you’ll find The Cavalier Room, offering a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, providing a serene escape with complete privacy away from the main house. The carriage house, barn, and deck are outfitted with a speaker system that can be operated from behind the bar and are Bluetooth compatible
